    We loved how close we were to the north biblioparque, just a short stroll away, and the charming plaza galerias saltillo, perfect for leisurely walks and local dining options. The cozy room allowed us to relax after our city adventures.

    It has great facilities and offers abundant breakfasts. The location is comfortable and marvellous, right by the Monterrey airport and northern mexican desert and northern Mexico. The staff are very very helpful and absolutely courteous, we loved them.

    We enjoyed live music with piano, cello, and violin nearby, which really set a nice vibe. The rooms were comfortable with quick room service options. Breakfast was solid too. The staff was friendly.

    The live music nearby with piano and cello vibes was perfect for setting the mood. Plus, the staff really made it feel like home-shoutout to Jahir Ortiz for going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed 🌟

    The mosquitoes were a bit bothersome when I opened the window, too. Still, the beautiful decor and relaxing patio made up for those little hiccups.

    Amazing service from Jahir!

    We stayed for 3 nights in a Grand Class room. Jahir at the door was super friendly and really turned our experience around after dealing with a not-so-great receptionist. The food in the restaurant was pricey but decent. The only thing that was a bummer was some of the light sockets not working right.

    Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and amazing decor that felt just like home. The staff were attentive, and the patio space was so inviting it was hard to leave.
